We’re Coffee Complex, Adelaide’s authorised Breville coffee machine repair and service centre. A family business in Keswick that’s been caring for coffee machines since 2009, and one of only two Breville-authorised centres in all of South Australia.

Breville coffee machines are precision equipment and when something’s off, you feel it in the cup before you even realise the machine is struggling. Here’s what our Adelaide customers most commonly bring through our door, and what’s usually behind it.

Not sure if it’s still under warranty?
Before you come in, it’s worth taking two minutes to check. Breville warranty periods vary by model, most machines carry one to two years of coverage from the date of purchase.
The quickest way to confirm your status is to register your machine and check your warranty directly through Breville’s product registration portal, or contact the retailer where you bought it — JB Hi-Fi, Harvey Norman, The Good Guys and others can pull up your purchase details and point you in the right direction.
Once you know where you stand, come in and we’ll handle the rest. As an authorised Breville service partner, we handle warranty repairs directly.

1. Walk in during business hours

2. Check your warranty status — and bring your work order if you have one
Not sure if your Breville is still under warranty? Before you come in, it’s worth checking directly with Breville via their product registration portal, or with the retailer where you bought your machine. They can confirm whether you’re covered and, if you are, issue you a work order.
The work order is Breville’s authorisation for us to assess and repair your machine under warranty and it’s what allows us to process the claim correctly on your behalf. If you have one, bring it in.
Bought your machine from a retailer? (JB Hi-Fi, The Good Guys, Harvey Norman, David Jones, Myer, or any other retailer)
3. We assess and quote — within 10 business days
Out of warranty? There’s a $100 assessment fee — which comes straight off your final bill if you proceed with the repair.
Still under warranty? No assessment fee. We handle the claim directly with Breville on your behalf.
4. We call you before we spend a cent over $300
Under $300 — we get on with it. Over $300 — we contact for your approval first, every time. If the repair doesn’t make financial sense, we’ll tell you that too.
5. Pick it up — repaired with genuine Breville parts
We’ll let you know the moment it’s ready to pick up.

Every Breville coffee machine we fix uses genuine Breville parts — And because we are an authorised warranty repairs centre your warranty stays intact and your coffee tastes the way it should.

If your Breville is still within its warranty period and something’s gone wrong, the single most important thing you can do is bring it to an authorised service centre — before you try anything else.
Breville’s warranty conditions are specific: repairs must be carried out by an authorised agent using genuine approved parts. One well-meaning attempt at home troubleshooting, or a visit to an unlisted repairer, can affect your warranty status before you even realise it.
