Here’s the problem most home machines have. They’ve only got one boiler, so if you want to steam milk for a flat white right after pulling your shot, you’re often waiting, or your coffee and your milk end up at slightly different temperatures than you meant.
The Elizabeth solves that by having two boilers instead of one, one just for making coffee and one just for steaming milk. That means you can do both jobs at once without either one suffering. It’s a genuinely commercial style feature, normally found on bigger, pricier machines, fitted into a machine small enough for a standard kitchen bench.
You get a simple display (Lelit call it the LCC) that lets you set your temperature once and forget it, and a pressure gauge on the front so you can see, at a glance, whether your shot is in the right zone, marked clearly in green. You don’t need to know what any of that means before you buy it. We’ll show you how to use it properly when you pick it up, and it stays simple from there.
If you’re moving up from a basic machine, or buying your first proper one, this is where we’d usually start the conversation. Come try it in our Keswick showroom, we’ll pull a shot with you and talk you through it. We’re also Adelaide’s authorised Lelit repair and warranty centre, so any service or repair work stays local. Buy it from us and it comes with a 2 year warranty, labour included at no extra cost.
